Not Eligible for Refund

  • Non-refundable or partially-refundable tickets
  • Missed flights due to passenger error
  • Denied boarding due to documentation issues

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, the processing time may vary based on the mode of payment and the airline's policy:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–14 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 5–10 business days
  • Cash/Offline payments: Processed through customer service

Cancellation & Change Fees

Airlines may impose cancellation or change fees as per their fare rules. These fees will be deducted from your total refundable amount. Additionally, AirTicketsDeal may charge a nominal service fee for processing the refund.
